The Executive Director position is a key management leader for Sunflower Hill and our mission is to build life-long residential communities and quality programs for adults with developmental disabilities. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the overall administration, community development, programs and strategic plans of the organization. Other key oversight duties include fundraising, grant award solicitation, marketing, community outreach and Sunflower Hill Gardens. This position reports to the Board of Directors and works closely with the President of the Board and the other directors.
Gardens Farmer Assistant
The SFH Gardens Farmer Assistant will be responsible in providing overall support to the Lead Farmer and Gardens Directors, as instructed, include but no limited to; overall landscaping maintenance and execution of planning/projects.
Special Needs Garden Program Teacher
Gardens Teacher will perform variety of administrative duties while teaching and developing various Special Education high school classes, Transition program classes and Adult Day programs. This position is part time, approximately 15-20 hrs weekly.
The Administration Assistant will perform variety of clerical, administrative, and other support tasks related to the successful operation of the organization.
