Ready for a workout? Join Chad Hooker, Head Trainer at Puzzle Piece Athletics for this dynamic 10-minute workout. All you will need is some space on the floor and a chair or sturdy box. Watch the video once to learn the movements and hear Chad’s tips and then start your workout. Remember to pay attention to how you feel and go at your own pace.
