Thanks to the warmer weather, the Garden is green, full of spring blooms, and filled with returning insects and birds! Program participants have been busy building garden beds, propagating plants, planting new plants, and enjoying tasty garden snacks!

With signs of spring popping up, and program participants back in the Sunflower Hill Garden, Teacher Abby and Shadow share what’s been growing on this past month. Despite frosty mornings, there are definite signs of spring, with participants sowing lettuce and flower seeds in the greenhouse, preparing garden beds for planting, and enjoying delicious broccoli on their snack trays.
