In response to the Covid-19 Shelter-at-home Order, we have created Sunflower Hill Online Activities. Each activity is created to get you moving, learning, or just stepping outside for some fresh air!

Join Yoga and Nia Teacher Edie for a Mindful Movement Practice! Nia is a mind, body, spirit dance technique that guides students to experience the joy of movement in their own body’s way. Using large and small muscle groups, this meditative movement practice challenges balance, connects breath to movement, and offers opportunities to explore ranges of motion.

Join Teacher Edie in creating a Gratitude Practice! Download the Gratitude Page and give yourself time to pause and think about 4 things that you appreciate in your life today. You can record your thoughts in many ways; drawing pictures, writing your thoughts or finding pictures and pasting them on the page. Share with us the 4 things you are grateful for today and let us know how you felt after spending this time with your Gratitude Practice.
