Sunflower Hill will collaborate with the developers to advise on the design of Building 1, which is currently planned as a 38-unit affordable rental building for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Lafayette Lane site is currently a mixed-use property known as Corporate Terraces. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2023, with a tentative completion in 2025. Once complete, Sunflower Hill will provide person-centered activities for its residents and the greater community.
