Grace Pointe | Affordable Housing

Sunflower Hill, in partnership with the City of Dublin, Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA), and Dahlin Architects, is pleased to announce the proposed development of Sunflower Hill at Grace Pointe, an affordable housing rental community for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).  The new community will be located adjacent to the new Dublin Centre (The “DC”) development at the corner of Dublin Boulevard and Brannigan Street in the City of Dublin.

At this time, we do not have an application process. If you would like to receive up-to-date information on our Grace Pointe community in Dublin, please sign up to receive our newsletter.

As envisioned, Sunflower Hill at Grace Pointe will provide approximately 60 affordable one- two- and three-bedroom units on approximately 1.83 acres, as well as a community room, teaching kitchen, fitness room, outdoor courtyard, small garden, and onsite person-centered enrichment activities and programs. Unique to the community will be Grace Gallery, a dedicated art creation and exhibit space, allowing for local partnerships with various arts organizations in the region.
