In partnership with Trumark Homes and Eden Housing, Sunflower Hill will provide affordable housing and enrichment activities for people with I/DD, including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and other chromosomal abundancies, living in 22 units in Dublin, California.
The proposed residential community, known as Francis Ranch (formerly Croak Ranch), is part of a larger master planned community being developed by Trumark Homes that has been approved by the Dublin City Council.
Eden Housing and Sunflower Hill will partner to co-develop a potential 77-unit development, with roughly 22 homes set aside as affordable rental units for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). If the project is approved and completed, residents occupying the 22 units set aside for adults with I/DD would bring their own services for individualized and customized care support. Sunflower Hill would provide onsite, person-centered enrichment activities for those 22 residents and the greater community.
