Live Yoga for All Abilities
Join Edie for a 45-minutes Live Yoga Class for all abilities. Practice on the floor or seated in a chair. Take the time to release tension and stress by focusing on your breath and practicing these gentle postures. Have a sturdy chair nearby, a strap or belt and a blanket or small cushion.
All classes begin at Noon PDT.
