Residential Communities for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)

Vibrant, affordable residential housing where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (special needs including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and other chromosomal abundancies) live, work, learn, and thrive as part of the greater community.

Our first community, Sunflower Hill at Irby Ranch, is an independent, affordable residential community for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Pleasanton, California. We are currently pursuing new residential community opportunities in Lafayette and Dublin, California.

We invite you to view our virtual tour of Irby Ranch to experience the community and the activities available..

Please note that our Irby Ranch Resident waiting list is closed, and we are not currently accepting additional resident applications.

At this time, we do not have an application process, nor is a waitlist available for the communities in pre-development. It will be several years before occupancy is possible.  If you would like to receive up-to-date information, please sign up to receive our newsletter.
