Sunflower Hill, in conjunction with Satellite Affordable Housing Associates and Griggs Resource Group is actively working on a vision for a new residential community in Lafayette, California.
As with all our communities, Sunflower Hill Lafayette will be designed for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and other chromosomal abundances.
The project would mark Sunflower Hill’s first expansion into Contra Costa County. We’re currently working with key community and government stakeholders in Lafayette and hope to share our full vision soon.
