In partnership with Pacific West Communities, Inc., Miramar Capital, and Novin Development Corporation, Sunflower Hill plans to co-develop a new residential community in Lafayette, California for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and other chromosomal abundances.

The community Sunflower Hill at Lafayette Lane will contain 38 affordable rental units for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sunflower Hill at Lafayette Lane would be part of a larger market-rate development currently designed to include 128 for-sale homes. There are no new updates at this time.
