Explore moving your body with this mindful movement practice. Follow Teacher Edie through 5 stages of movement from rolling and stretching, to creeping like a lizard, lumbering like a bear, and eventually standing and balancing on tippy toes. This practice builds strength, agility, and is a great way to keep moving. Choose your favorite music or practice in quiet as Edie guides you.
