Explore moving your body with this mindful movement practice. Follow Teacher Edie through 5 stages of movement from rolling and stretching, to creeping like a lizard, lumbering like a bear, and eventually standing and balancing on tippy toes. This practice builds strength, agility, and is a great way to keep moving. Choose your favorite music or practice in quiet as Edie guides you. As with any physical activity, please pay attention to how you feel: if something causes you pain or discomfort please stop. Let us know what you noticed about this playtime! #SFHActivities

Sunflower Hill friend Chad Hooker, of Puzzle Piece Athletics, shared this workout with us a few weeks ago, and now you can practice it with Teacher Edie. You will need a sturdy chair, a hand towel, water and a place to work out on the floor. Remember to pay attention to how you feel, rest when you need to and have fun!
