Download one or both of the line drawings (Drawing A or Drawing B), gather your art supplies, and find a place to sit and enjoy coloring. Before you start coloring, take a deep breath, gaze at the drawing and choose a color. There is no right or wrong color – you can use as many colors as you like or just one. The motion of coloring and watching the colors emerge on the paper is deeply relaxing. Share with us what you created. We look forward to seeing your meditative coloring art and hearing how you felt.

Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to create physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. What you need for today: space to stretch out on the floor or your bed, 2 cushions to put under your knees, a pillow for under your head, a blanket if you are chilly, and socks if your toes are cold.
